ACOC Kid's Corner
Shop at Stanton's and bring us your receipts. Stanton's will give us 1% back, which we are setting aside to purchase more new tables for the fellowship hall.
Pick up a Kroger Share Card from the announcements table and scan it along with your Kroger card. Kroger's will give us 1% back of all your purchases, which is dedicated to the youth group.
Bring in your old inkjet and laserjet cartridges and well as your old cell phones and drop them in the collection box. We send these to a recycler who gives us a small donation for each one. These monies are also dedicated to purchasing new tables for the fellowship hall.
The Flea Market is in the church parking lot and will go from 8:00am until noon. Proceeds go to the youth group to help pay for summer mission trips and camps.
This year we honor 5 graduates. Jessica Fletcher, Evan Greathouse, Aaron Guajardo, Robyn Herring, and Adam Howell. A pot-luck fellowship meal after worship will give all of us an opportunity to celebrate this major milestone with them. It is also a chance for each of us to encourage them and pray for them. We give each of them a bible and a cash gift to help them on their way. You can give your contribution toward this gift to Angelica Wilden or anyone in the office.
Come celebrate with Brant and Megan in the Fellowship Hall from 2:00 - 4:00pm
The date has been set for June 29-July 2. And the theme is western. Our classes will invite students to experience part of the story of the bible. It will begin on Sunday night with a carnival to stir up excitement and continue each night through Wednesday. Talk with Mendy Davis about where you can plug into this year’s adventure!
The Ladies Retreat is October 17-19 at Surfside Beach. Deposits are due now. For more information, check with Julie McFarland or Carolon Nelson.
