Lock-ins are always the highlight of the year.  Some times we go to game centers other times we stay at the building, ether way we always have a ton of fun.  Our last lock in was after the Homecoming game here in Alvin, we went to Bennigan’s to eat and then came back to the building for a night of fun and games.  We do every thing from skits, games and talent shows to even a wedding proposal.  There is always some thing exiting to see.

There are always, of course, those events so good we do them every year.  We have our garage sale that is always a box load of fun, as well as the Aggies for Christ weekend where we work and play with the Aggies doing service projects and singing at nursing homes.  We also do an out reach at the Alvin Community College.  And who can forget Homecoming.

Twice a year the youth challenge the parents in sports.  In the fall we have the Turkey Bowl football game.  This year the parents beat us, but they felt it a lot more the next day.  This loss did not hurt us that bad though because we beat them at March Madness, our annual basket ball game.

This Hockey season we are going to continue Hock It Up.  We always have a blast going to the Hockey games and screaming for our team.  Of course who would we be if we never hit the ice our selves.  A few times a year we go and play broomball which is also a highlight of the year.  We love to play sports.  Sunday nights we have SNS, Sunday Night Sports.  Most Sundays for our devo time we will get together and play softball, volleyball, dodge ball, or something fun like that.

Don’t think that we ignore all of those holidays.  We love to celebrate in style; we have our 4^th of July pool party and back yard movie, and our Halloween costume party and Trunk or Treat.  And of course our annual Christmas party where we go caroling, do a gift exchange and top it all off with a devotional time of singing and praising our savior. We also do a New Years party up at the building, we play games and sing all night.
